Southern Department of Law students have participated in the 2nd Advocate Aminul Huq Memorial Moot Court Competition organized by BLAST on 26th September’ 2014 at the Law Clinic of the Department of Law of the University of Chittagong. Southern University achieved ‘BEST PETITION AWARD’ and secured the position of 2nd Runners Up by defeating a team of University of Chittagong, Farhana Sultana and Shima Akhter participated as Mooters and MD Zillur Rahaman as Researcher. Roksana Akhter and Sazzatur Rahaman, Lecturers of the Department of Law of the Southern University of Bangladesh, have acted as the Trainers of the Team.
